Day 2

We began Day 2 at our 7am wake-up call, breakfast at 7:30, on the bus by 8am headed to the Capitol. Panoramic group picture with the Capitol in the background, then a tour of the Capitol Building, followed by a visit to the Library of Congress and the Supreme Court. Off to lunch at The Smithsonian American History Museum, followed by the Smithsonian Natural History Museum, then Smithsonian Air & Space Museum. A visit to the World War II Memorial, Martin Luther King,Jr. Memorial, FDR Memorial, and Jefferson Memorial came next. Dinner was at Union Station, then off to the Korean Conflict Memorail and the Lincoln Memorial. Back to the hotel at about 9:30pm
